Acceptance of the terms

These terms govern access to and use of Rhodes Business Directory (eorodou.gr). By accessing or using the site in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accept these terms and the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who manages the site

E-Ypiresies – Ιδιωτικό ΚΕΠ Ρόδου (e-ypiresies.com) is solely responsible for managing and running the site and its content, and also manages the sister directories for Rhodes and Kos. For anything about the site, its listings or these terms, contact e.ypiresies@gmail.com.

The service

Rhodes Business Directory is a free information directory of local businesses and useful information in Rhodes, such as on-duty pharmacies. It does not sell third-party products or services, does not handle bookings or payments and is not an agent of any business.

Accuracy of information

Information comes from the businesses themselves and from publicly available sources, listed on the Sources page. Although we try to keep it correct and up to date, it may contain errors or have changed (phone numbers, opening hours, addresses, prices). Always confirm directly with the business before relying on it.

The on-duty pharmacy rota is republished from the Pharmaceutical Association and may change without notice. Call the pharmacy before you set off. In an emergency call 166 (ambulance) or 112.

Relationship with businesses

A listing is not a recommendation, certification or guarantee of a business's quality, legality or prices. We are not party to any agreement or transaction between you and a business, and any dispute is settled directly with it. Listings are ordered by relevance to the search, popularity and completeness, and the order may be influenced by visibility options a business has; it is not a quality ranking.

AI smart search

The smart search uses artificial intelligence to understand what you are looking for. Its suggestions are generated automatically, may be incomplete or wrong, and are not advice or a recommendation. The text you type may be sent to external AI providers without anything that identifies you, as the Privacy policy explains; do not type personal details. Searches aimed at abuse or attacks lead to a temporary block.

Listings and applications

Whoever applies for a listing confirms that they may represent the business, that the details are true and that they hold the rights to the text and photos they send. They grant the right to publish them, adapt them (e.g. photo size, short name, categories, keywords) and show them in the directory. The manager may accept, edit, reject or remove any listing at its discretion. Any business may ask for its listing to be corrected or removed.

Acceptable use

The following are not allowed: bulk or automated copying of the content (scraping) and building databases from it; sending unsolicited messages to businesses using the directory's details; abusing the search or the listing form; any attempt to bypass security measures, attack or overload the site; and submitting false or unlawful information. The manager may restrict or block access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Intellectual property

The design, software, text and organisation of the directory are protected by intellectual property law. Business trademarks, logos and photos belong to their owners. Sharing links to the directory's pages is welcome.

Warranties and liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any express or implied warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a purpose. No insurance or insurance cover of any kind is provided for visitors, businesses or any transaction between them. To the extent permitted by law, E-Ypiresies – Ιδιωτικό ΚΕΠ Ρόδου is not liable for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its information, for the services or products of businesses, or for interruptions or errors in its operation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

The site's developer

The site's software was developed by the developer lat0s. lat0s does not manage the site, does not control or curate its content or listings, is not the provider of the service and gives no warranty, insurance or insurance cover of any kind to anyone. lat0s bears no liability towards visitors, businesses or third parties for the operation or content of the site. E-Ypiresies – Ιδιωτικό ΚΕΠ Ρόδου alone is responsible for managing it.

Third-party links

The directory links to third-party websites, social profiles and maps. We do not control their content or privacy practices and are not responsible for them.

Changes to the terms

The manager may change these terms at any time. The version published here, with its last-updated date, applies, and continuing to use the site means accepting it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Rhodes have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to your rights under consumer protection law. If any term is found invalid, the rest remain in force.
